    Brooke is the founder of KŪNA, a modern Pilates and movement studio rooted in intentional design and refined strength.


    With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Brooke is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer specializing in women’s fitness and functional movement. Her approach blends precision, control, and strength—helping clients build sustainable results while developing a deeper connection to their bodies.


    KŪNA was created as a reflection of her philosophy: that movement should be purposeful, elevated, and deeply personal. Every detail—from the structure of each class to the design of the space—has been thoughtfully curated to offer a more intentional experience.


    Through KŪNA, Brooke invites clients to slow down, move with purpose, and return to themselves.

    I'm Caitlin, your fitness bestie on the mat who likes to keep things spicy! 


    I'm a certified Group Fitness, Barre, and Pilates instructor who’s been in the fitness world since I was sixteen. I'm passionate about using movement to connect people and build a positive, uplifting community!
